I am still in some kind of shock, the answer I have been searching for, for the past 37 years finally got answered today. It’s like it’s all clicked into place and I can see now why I have been depressed, hurt, anxious and scared most of my adult life. This little girl has neglected herself for too long whilst taking care of everyone else, which she was groomed to do at a very young age. I can’t begin to express my gratitude to you because for the first time in my life I have learned that I really matter!
